Their acquisition grants the customer solely a right to personal and private use, in accordance with the limits established in current regulations, any commercial use being expressly prohibited, including, but not limited to, its reproduction, resale, distribution, public communication or use for lucrative purposes.

Likewise, the use of the contents on third-party platforms or marketplaces, such as Amazon, Etsy, eBay or any others, as well as their inclusion in catalogues, publications, social networks for commercial purposes or any other channel of economic exploitation, is expressly prohibited without the prior written authorisation of eCommProjects Internet S.L..

The trademarks, trade names, logos and any other distinctive signs appearing on the website are owned by eCommProjects Internet S.L. or third parties, and are protected under Law 17/2001, of 7 December, on Trademarks, their use being prohibited without prior, express and written authorisation. Access to the website does not grant the user any right over them.
