Warranty and Returns

Not satisfied with your order? Have you changed your mind? No problem. At Stendio, we want you to shop with complete peace of mind, so you have 90 calendar days from the receipt of your order to return or exchange any product under the conditions detailed below. This period is a commercial enhancement offered by Stendio and extends the legal period of 14 calendar days provided for in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November (General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users).

If the product has any defect or lack of conformity, you have a 3-year warranty from the delivery date.

Below we explain how it all works, step by step.

Right of withdrawal

If you are within the 90-day period, you can return your order without having to justify your decision.

However, in accordance with Article 103.c) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are personalised or made to the customer's specifications, so returns of this type of product will not be accepted, except in the event of a defect or lack of conformity.

How do I make a return?

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at [email protected] indicating which product you wish to return (if you wish, you can attach the withdrawal form that you will find at the bottom of this page, although it is not compulsory). If you prefer, you can also manage it from your customer area.

We will contact you as soon as possible. However, there is no need to worry; it does not matter how long our staff takes to process the request, the period begins to run from your notification and the return will be resolved within the indicated time. In other words, communication within the period will be sufficient for the withdrawal to be considered correctly exercised, regardless of when it is processed.

Conditions of the return

For the return to be accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The request must be made within the established period.
  • The product must not have been used.
  • The product must be returned in suitable conditions, preferably in its original packaging.
  • It must not concern products that are personalised or made to the customer's specifications.

Return costs

Return costs will depend on the area from which it is made. Our team will inform you in each specific case of the applicable conditions and costs.

For shipments from outside the customs territory of the European Union, customs duties may be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Refund

Once the product has been received and its condition verified, the refund will be processed within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from its receipt or from the accreditation of its return, in accordance with Article 107 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

The refund will be made using the same means of payment used for the purchase, unless expressly indicated otherwise by the customer.

The total amount paid will be refunded, including standard delivery costs. If priority shipping was selected, only the amount corresponding to standard shipping will be refunded.

For partial returns, delivery costs will not be refunded.

In the event of improper use of the product that results in depreciation, a proportional reduction may be applied to the amount to be refunded.

Warranty and claims

If more than 90 calendar days have passed, but less than 3 years since you received the product, you can make use of its warranty. You just have to write an email to [email protected] or open a claim from your customer area indicating the problem. If it is indeed a product defect, we will collect it at no cost to you, returning it repaired or delivering a new product. In the event that it is impossible to repair or replace it, we will send you an identical product or one with better characteristics. If there is no way to replace or repair it, we will proceed to refund the amount paid.

In these cases of product warranty, Stendio will assume the costs of the return and subsequent delivery of the product.

The product warranty covers only original manufacturing defects and, therefore, does not cover defects that occur during or after any modification to the function and appearance of the product, such as a reconstruction, upgrade or other configuration of the product. Your order confirmation is valid as proof of warranty. Stendio reserves the right to refuse a claim if it is proven that the product is not defective in accordance with current consumer protection laws.

If upon receiving your order you notice that products are missing or that you have received different ones from those purchased, you have 7 calendar days from delivery to inform us of the incident. To do so, you can send us an email to [email protected] or write to us from your customer area. Our team will send you the order with the correct references as soon as possible.

On the other hand, if due to reasons attributable to the customer and not to the transport company or Stendio, the order cannot be delivered to the address indicated, Stendio will have up to 30 days to resend it. We reserve the right to charge delivery costs again, even if these were free of charge for the customer at the time of purchase. The user will always be notified of all this.

At Stendio, we do not assume any liability when the delivery of the order does not take place within the estimated period due to reasons attributable to the transport company or due to circumstances beyond our control, known as ""force majeure"". Conversely, if you selected the priority shipping method but receive it via standard shipping due to issues in our warehouse, you may request a refund for the difference between both methods. That is, we will refund the additional cost you paid for the priority shipping service, discounting from the refund the difference between the cost of standard shipping and priority shipping.
